Terms of Service

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms cover the public website only. Client projects — development, design, marketing and support engagements — are governed by a separate written agreement (a master services agreement, statement of work or order form). Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement prevails for that project.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, timelines, formats and indicative figures are informational and become binding only once set out in a signed agreement.

2. Using the site

You may view the site and use its contact forms for genuine enquiries about our services. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's availability, including through automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it;
• submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or contains malware;
• reproduce, resell or systematically extract any part of the site without our written permission.

3. Enquiries and forms

When you submit a form you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We use it to answer your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a form creates no obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry, and we will not always be able to explain why.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, layout, graphics, the Numodev name and mark, code and design system — belongs to NUMODEV d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other use — copying, adaptation, republication, commercial reuse or use for training automated systems — requires our prior written consent.

Client names, logos and case study material shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or under an agreed reference clause.

5. Case studies and figures

Results, metrics and timelines shown on the site describe specific past projects under their own conditions. They are illustrative and are not a promise or forecast of any result for your project.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. Availability and changes

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies; the date above shows when it last changed.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Slovenian or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or intentional misconduct.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ljubljana have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where mandatory law so provides.

Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
